Congratulations to Star Lee on receiving the UCI Inclusive Excellence Teaching Award. This award was determined by student nominations, and awardees will be honored at the Spring 2022 Celebration of Teaching. The purpose of the award is to recognize instructors that create inclusive learning environments that promote growth and scaffold student success.

Ms. Lee is an Assistant Professor of Teaching at UCI School of Biological Sciences and her research is focused on implementing and evaluating culturally responsive pedagogy in biology courses.
